A fifth-place finish at this past weekend’s United Leasing Championship in Newburgh, Ind., allowed Abbotsford’s Adam Hadwin to make a big move on the Web.com Tour money list.

Hadwin, who finished two shots out of a four-man playoff, made $24,000 US. That moved him up to 67th from 99th place on the money list. Hadwin must finish inside the top 75 to qualify for the Web.com Tour finals, a four-event series beginning in late August where 50 2014 PGA Tour cards will be up for grabs.

The top 25 players on the Web.com Tour money list automatically earn their 2014 PGA Tour cards.
